Commission TOS

YOU CAN'T:Use for commercial use without permission from me. There may be a fee.Use my art in any way that is defamatory, racist, obscene, or depicts fetish/child pornographic.Steal, trace, or heavily reference art I have made for other people.Sell or claim the art as yours.Use in NFTS or in any program that uses it to train or anything related to AI.Post my art to Pinterest unless given permission.Add worth from my gift art.YOU CAN:Print the artwork, use it as an avatar/icon, and anything else for personal use.Edit the artwork as long as it follows my terms of service.Share the art, as long as credit is given. All that is needed is my name, links are not necessary!

Design TOS

You are required to notify me before transferring. This is to make sure people on my private blacklist are not allowed to own the design.Failure to follow my Design TOS may cause me to revoke a design of mine. This shouldn't happen unless multiple serious offenses occur.I may also revoke designs from people that have been proven to be seriously problematic (pedophilia, zoophilia, racism, transphobia, etc.)YOU CAN'T:Sell a design without notifying me of who it's being given to.Hide my designs without giving me a key, this includes blocking.Heavily reference my designs.Use for commercial use without permission from me. There may be a fee.Use in any way that is defamatory, racist, or obscene.Use in NFTS or in any program that uses it to train or anything related to AI.Post my designs to Pinterest unless given permission.Force a tradelock or TOS on my designs.Resell for more than you bought it for.Sell/trade gifts unless permitted by the former owner.Gift, trade, or sell to anyone on my blacklist. Doing so may cause you to become blacklisted.YOU CAN:Use the design for personal useColorpick my designs as long as the design is unrecognizable. If I am suspicious, then it's probably too close.Inspire off of my designs if I own them.Co-own my designs, however, I am not responsible for any disputes.Use for hypokits/breedables, but do not make a carbon copy of the design you're using.Edit my design, as long as it does not make the design unrecognizable from the most recent design. Just ask me to check if you're not sure!
